Welcome mama! You’ll find me most days hanging out in one of my 44 pairs of black yoga pants, sipping on dandelion tea wishing that it was coffee, and furiously writing down recipes on sticky notes as ideas pop into my head! I’m for sure a hot mess who is more passionate about helping others than making sure my nails and hair are done. Or my laundry. Or cleaning my car.

And as a health coach, a mom, wife, Lyme disease warrior, and holistic foodie, I can’t wait to be your guide to a better you. And when there’s a better YOU, there’s a better life! Trust me, I’ve been where you are, and it’s no fun. I’m ready to help you get Unstuck. My passion is making health EASY and simple. If I can cook it in one pot, only use my blender and get it done in 5 minutes, I’ll make it happen!

I’ve spent the last 15 years focusing in on the most important aspects of health — the ones that will make the biggest impact in the simplest and fastest ways. Because you’re busy, your life is full, and you don’t have 5 hours a day to dedicate to researching (something funny that I haven’t come up with yet haha)
