You’ll find me most days hanging out in one of my 44 pairs of black yoga pants, sipping on dandelion tea wishing that it was coffee, and furiously writing down recipes on sticky notes as ideas pop into my head! I’m for sure a hot mess who is more passionate about helping others than making sure my nails and hair are done. Or my laundry. Or cleaning my car.
And as a health coach, a mom, wife, Lyme disease warrior, and holistic foodie, I can’t wait to be your guide to a better you. And when there’s a better YOU, there’s a better life!
