FAQ’S

I’m new to the idea of gut health and healing. Is this the right book for me?

YES!  This ebook is for you!  It will stretch you a little and you’ll be grabbing some new food and ingredients for your home, but it will set you up for a whole new way of thinking about food.

I don’t think my kids will try new things. Should I still grab it?

A resounding YES!  I don’t recommend switching a diet in any drastic way when it comes to kids.  Check out the meal plan and pick 1-3 new things a week to incorporate healthier foods and gut healing strategies in your home.

 

What if I’m super busy and can’t do a lot of meal prep?

Most of the recipes in the ebook are incredibly simple and take less than 20 minutes of prep time.  There are a few dinners that will take a little longer, but you can work those around to the best days for you.  Even just trying out a few of the recipes a week and incorporating the tips slowly will get you heading in the right direction!

Can I eat these recipes if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

While I do always recommend checking in with your doctor, there are no major detox protocols in this meal plan and guide.  If anything, this will help by incorporating highly nutritious and vitamin rich foods! If the changes seem too big, pick one or two a week and do what you can!  

What if I don’t like some of the ingredients?

I’ve included some tips on substitutes that can be made.  But the biggest thing that we’re looking for is that we eat REAL food without processed ingredients whenever possible!  If you’re doing that, it’s hard to go wrong, friend!

How many is the meal plan for?

It is made for a family of 4 with a few recipes that you’ll be making individually.  If you’re planning on doing this for fewer people, all the recipes can be frozen and stored for leftovers which is a perfect way to keep you on track with your health goals!

What if I don’t have the ingredients on the shopping list?

You’ll get an email with hard to source ingredients but the majority of them, with the exception of a few hard to get products, are available at your local Whole Foods, health store or grocery store
